Hogs Bottom Preserves is the fulfilled dream of chef Malcolm Morrison. With years of experience in the catering industry, Malcolm started making the most of the fruit growing at the bottom of his garden creating unique chutneys, jams and flavoured vinegars. The discovery of hedgehogs living under the fruit bushes prompted the name Hogs Bottom.

Starting with sales at local shows and markets demand for Hogs Bottom products grew and soon production had to move into purpose-built premises where new flavours and products were developed making the most of local produce.
